Update on Sites and Servers
I wanted to write a blog post, Thanking all my customers and Members in our sites and on our servers. Wow, what a couple few months ;) :)
I do believe that the Dust is finally settling ;) Woo hooo
We finally got all the sites back up that had gone down when one of the servers we were renting had a hard drive crash. Then we had problems with one of the other servers, so we have went to a different company and renting 2 new servers.
When we rented the 2nd server, we could not move the sites over until Tech support fixed all the bugs and had to replace the memory on it. So, finally we have all sites moved to both servers and all is going good now.
It was a VERY Expensive couple months with paying for 4 servers at one time, but I guess that is part of having your own business.
Now that the dust is settling, I will be having some really good specials in my sites so watch for Admin emails and my blog posts for some really good deals.
We have 4 new sites that we own now which I will be adding to our Get No Emails packages. What is Get No Emails? This is for Top Level Membership in our Safe lists, where if you purchase this membership you will not receive emails from Other members. No Clicking credit links to earn credits to email members, Just send your Ads. I give unlimited credits to this membership level along with Solo Ads monthly. Solo ads are sent to contact email addresses with higher credits, so they guarantee a better response. I developed this membership level as Professional Advertisers want to be able to advertise their promotions with convenience. They do not have time to click links to send their ads out. They don't have to worry about their Email boxes getting filled up either. More Time to do what they do best, Advertise and Make money! ;)
So, now with the 4 new sites, this will give our top level members even more people to send their ads to with Ease.
The new sites also provide Top Level members to send "List Solo Ads" also. Which is: Sending their Ads to members subscription email address like other members but giving members higher credits to click and read those emails. This gives members incentive to open these emails.

I am hoping to have a revised Get No Emails Membership Site up soon. So stay tuned.
We are still ironing out Glitches in some of our sites with not adding credits in the beginning of the month which I have been adding credits manually. We are hoping to have everything fixed shortly.

Hard drive crash on server hope to have sites up soon
Thought I would write you a quick note to let you know that one of our servers had a hard drive crash. There were over 35 domains/ sites on that server. We have been working promptly with the server company for a week now to retrieve these sites backups and get them back online
So, if you go to some of our safelists and our customers safelists, and you notice they are down. this is the reason why.
We are not going anywhere nor are our customers sites.
These things happen unfortunately and our hands are tied.
We are hoping our sites and our customer sites will be back up in a day or two.

Do You own a Text Ad Exchange?
If you do.. here are some very helpful videos to assist you as an Admin.
First Before You do Anything you will want to Back up your Database.
It is always good to back up your database at least once or twice a month, depending on the growth of your site and how active it is.
I have the server company back up ALL domains on the server 2 times a week. Even so, I still like to keep a backup on my computer.

Now that you have backed up your domain and Database, It is always good to Keep your traffic links clean, so when your members log in to click the traffic links, they are not bombarded with pop ups or see all kinds of dead links. If you do this 3-4 times a year, it keeps the bad traffic links cleared out.
(I am guilty of this myself.. and am busy cleaning my sites out now).
