Taking a Break and Enjoying the Beach -Wanted to Say Hello

We took 5 or 6 different Videos out at the Lake. 

It took a few times before I decided to get in front of the camera!

So this is one of the Clips.

I  don't mind my picture taken but web camera or video, I am a bit shy, but I had been asked by several people to do a video.

So the only way to get it done and get over the shyness is JUST TO DO IT ;)

Gmail Boxes are not Bottomless -They Do Fill Up

With Gmail being the most popular email box to use for network marketers. I thought I would write this blog post to remind people that gmail does not have a bottomless email box. There is a quota of email that they will accept in your box.
I have found during the summer months that there has been a whole lot of Gmail email addresses bouncing due to Over Quota.
I realize that people get busy with vacations, spending time outdoors with family and friends, but it is a good practice to log in to your email boxes and review your emails and keep them cleared out.

Set up your filters. This way when you log in to your email box you can easily find the important emails
and clear the unwanted ones.
Most scripts are set up so that they alert the Admin if you are bouncing and alerts the script to put you on bounce mode. Some scripts are set up to Delete your account if you continue to bounce.
Otherwise if you are bouncing a lot in other sites, the Admin can easily remove you from a link in their emails.
You do not want to jeopardize your account standings by bouncing and loosing your account due to negligence of checking your emails and keeping your box cleared out.

Another suggestion is to log in to your accounts and put your account on vacation for the summer months. This way you will not receive a lot of emails and your account should be in good standings when you get back from your vacation or summer leave from working on the Internet.

As site owners we also see a increase in bounces during holidays, Christmas, new Years, Spring Break,  etc.. so please use the same techniques all year long and preserve your accounts in all the sites you belong to. Some Admins are more lenient than others.

Let's Recap:
When joining a site set up filters right away so they are all set up.
When you will be away for long periods of time, set your account on vacation.
Periodically log in to your email box and clear unwanted emails.

Do You Backup your Domain and Databases?
Have you hosted your site and then Lost Everything?
Learn how to Save your precious work quickly and Easily!

I have Lost Everything from all of my domains and it is Not fun!
By just taking these few simple steps once or twice a month will save you a lot of pain later on.

Another Helpful Tip is to Host Your Site where they Back up your domains for you twice a week at least. All 3 of our servers are Backed up twice a week. i would not have it any other way.
All of our customers sites are backed up free of charge. So if some odd reason our Server goes down, nothing is lost. Our Servers are in one state and our back up servers are in a completely different state. I feel so much better knowing that these backups are always being done.
On top of this. I do go into my sites and back them up once a month or if I have done any major changes to the site. Just so I have a copy on my own computer.
